Established by the Government of Assam in 1987, is a pioneering trust dedicated to fostering children’s education, literature, art, and culture. Through its wide-ranging initiatives, the trust publishes books and periodicals, organizes competitions and seminars, provides training in arts and handicrafts, and supports authors and artists with awards and stipends. It also manages libraries, reading rooms, and schools while promoting the diffusion of knowledge through creative and educational endeavors, inspiring young minds across Assam and beyond.
